The Trianon, also known as Royal Cake, is a classic French dessert that combines textures and flavors in perfect harmony. It consists of three layers: a crunchy hazelnut dacquoise, a crispy praliné feuilletine, and a smooth, airy chocolate mousse, all topped with a glossy chocolate glaze.
